Day one
Step aboard M.Y. Flying Fish at Port Douglas Crystalbrook Marina and get acquainted with your luxurious abode for the next three nights. Queue the playlist, stretch out across the living areas which span three decks, and enjoy fine catering and service as you steam three hours towards Mackay Reef Sand Quay. A gourmet lunch will be served on the sand, then the afternoon is yours to snorkel, kayak and paddleboard in gin-clear waters.
Day two
The sun’s out and paradise is yours for the taking. Take a leisurely two-hour journey to Ruby Reef on the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef where you’re guaranteed unparalleled snorkelling and fishing conditions.
Day three
You’ll feel as though you’re in your own private aquarium today after a 3.5-hour steam south to Opal Reef. Half of the reef is in a Green Zone – meaning fishing is off limits – so the snorkelling is pristine. If you prefer casting a line to blowing bubbles below, the northern end of the reef allows fishing.
Day four
Mellow out during your final day at sea with a 2.5-hour steam to Low Isles for snorkelling above bountiful corals and green turtles before returning to Port Douglas Crystalbrook Marina.
