Morris Nautical offers bespoke mothershipping charters for game fishing vessels, research and private explorations along Queensland’s northern coastlines. Departing from Cairns, our fleet provides a luxurious, stable base to call home. Included are launch and recover tenders or chase boats, toys, food and beverage and an expert crew familiar with the world-renowned fishing grounds and reef systems of North Queensland.

$16,000 per day (incl. GST) for up to 6 guests

Daily rate inclusions:

  • Fuel for main engines, generators and tender(s)
  • Relocation from home port (Cairns)
  • Chef prepared meals for guests and game boat crew
  • Premium beverage package (option to BYO)
  • High-speed internet

Additional options:

• Additional guests $150 per person, per day
• Second game boat alongside only: AUD $500 per day  (we can also assist with booking a 2nd game boat)
• Chase boat: $1,500 per day
• Scuba diving: $600 per day

All pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST.

$25,000 per day (incl. GST) for up to 6 guests

Daily rate inclusions:

  • Fuel for main engines, generators and tender(s)
  • Relocation from home port (Cairns)
  • Chef prepared meals for guests and game boat crew
  • Premium beverage package (option to BYO)
  • High-speed internet

Additional options:

• Additional guests $150 per person, per day
• Second game boat alongside only: AUD $500 per day  (we can also assist with booking a 2nd game boat)
• Chase boat: $1,500 per day
• Scuba diving: $600 per day

All pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST. If a second game boat is chartered, the AUD $150 pp/day is waived and replaced by the second game boat daily rate of AUD $500 per day.

Charter locations can shift to best support your operations, whether that means a few days in the Ribbon Reefs, a protected anchorage in Mrs Watson’s Bay at Lizard Island, or further exploration out to the Coral Sea.

Each mothershipping experience is fully customised, combining operational support with elevated onboard service, premium provisioning, and expert crew. Whether you’re chasing marlin, conducting reef surveys, or simply seeking a remote floating base, Morris Nautical ensures your journey is efficient, comfortable, and unforgettable.
